Things to know:
- 2000 families will be randomly selected from the first round.
- The winning applicants will be notified via email on Tuesday, August 22.

At that point, you have 48 hours to upload the required proof of residency and income eligibility.

Once approval is finalized, you will call MADSEN Cycles at 800-206-0941 to place your order with your unique rebate number and save you up to $1400 at the time of purchase.
