MEET DUNCAN 💫 🤍

“This is Duncan! 
Duncan came into this world facing many challenges. Hours after birth he went into respiratory distress requiring ECMO as his life saving treatment. At 2 years old Duncan was diagnosed with ASD III and global developmental delays. He began many therapies to help build language, behavior, sensory, and motor skills.
In 2019, Duncan developed post viral encephalitis. This infection caused Duncan to lose all motor mobilities. After a few months of intense work through different therapies, most of his motor functions came back. Now 9 years old, Duncan loves to run, swing, laugh, swim, and ride! Although he requires accommodations, modifications, and interventions to function throughout life, he is the purest soul and the happiest, sweetest boy.
