From the very beginning in 2007, we’ve built MADSEN Cycles with grit, passion, and dedication, with no outside investors pulling the strings. Jared Madsen, the visionary behind our bikes, remains deeply involved in every detail, from design refinements to quality control to the building and packaging of each bike. You’ll often find Jared FaceTiming a customer, personally walking them through any questions or concerns, or creating a custom seat for a child with special needs to ensure the perfect fit. His hands-on approach ensures that every bike meets the highest standards and serves the needs of our riders. Unlike companies that churn out products without a second thought, we take the time to get things right, always striving for innovation while preserving MADSEN's classic, timeless spirit.
